Commercial Usage License
This license describes the commercial rights granted for generated outputs and the limits that continue to apply to the platform and its underlying technology.
Scope of commercial license
Subject to compliance with the legal framework, enterprise users, agencies, and commercial clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated outputs for lawful commercial purposes.
- Advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Brand promotion and social media content.
- Product marketing and e-commerce listings.
- Presentations, client work, and digital or print promotional materials.
What remains company property
The commercial license covers only generated outputs created through lawful use of the platform. It does not transfer ownership of the platform technology, AI systems, algorithms, prompts, workflows, architecture, or software.
License restrictions
- Do not extract, copy, reverse engineer, or repackage platform technology.
- Do not use the platform or its outputs to train competing AI systems.
- Do not misrepresent generated materials as official endorsement by MAIDAN or its operators.
- Do not use the platform to clone the company’s workflows, systems, or commercial logic.
Client and enterprise responsibility
Enterprise users remain responsible for ensuring that all uploaded faces, likenesses, products, logos, and brand materials are used with proper authorization and legal permission. The company is not responsible for downstream misuse by enterprise clients or agencies.
