Enterprise Terms
These terms apply to enterprise, agency, and client use of the platform, including data processing allocation and custom commercial arrangements.
Enterprise and agency use
Users acting on behalf of clients, agencies, brands, or enterprises remain responsible for ensuring that all uploaded materials, instructions, approvals, clearances, likeness consents, and downstream uses are lawful and properly authorized.
Custom commercial arrangements
Enterprise customers may receive expanded usage rights, priority support, custom integrations, dedicated infrastructure, private instances, or other negotiated services. A signed enterprise agreement may supplement or override standard subscription terms where expressly stated.
Data processing allocation
Where agreed in writing, the enterprise customer may act as controller for its own customer data and MAIDAN may act as processor or service provider within the scope defined by contract. Each party remains responsible for the compliance obligations allocated to it.
Client responsibility
The company is not responsible for disputes between agencies, clients, subcontractors, influencers, brands, or end customers arising from how the platform is used or how generated materials are deployed.
