Protected marks

MAIDAN, Maidan 13, associated logos, platform branding, and related brand assets are protected trademarks and trade dress owned jointly by Ting Establishment and Sweven Company unless otherwise stated.

Restricted uses

  • Do not reproduce or imitate the company’s branding without written approval.
  • Do not use company marks in domain names, social handles, ads, metadata, app names, or keywords in a misleading way.
  • Do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, partnership, or official status without authorization.
  • Do not register confusingly similar names, marks, or branding.

Goodwill

All goodwill arising from any authorized use of company marks belongs exclusively to the company.
