Payments and Subscription Terms
This policy governs paid services, subscription renewals, refunds, payment methods, and billing responsibilities.
Paid services and charges
Certain platform features may require subscriptions, credits, custom packages, enterprise pricing, or other usage-based fees. By purchasing, the user confirms that the payment information provided is accurate and that the user is authorized to use the payment method.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Where a subscription renews automatically, the user authorizes recurring billing according to the selected cycle unless the subscription is canceled before renewal.
Downgrades and cancellations generally take effect on the next renewal cycle unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Refund policy
Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. No refund is owed merely because AI results differ from expectations, the user uploaded incorrect files, the service is unused, or the user violated the framework.
Payment providers, taxes, and failure to pay
Payments may be processed by authorized providers. Taxes, fees, and other lawful charges may apply. Failure to pay may lead to suspension, cancellation, or termination of service.
Pricing and package changes
The company may change plans, pricing, packaging, features, usage limits, and billing structures prospectively. New pricing applies only after the effective date of the updated commercial terms unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
